Overview
Over the course of a year, I served as the overseer and lead designer for all visual marketing efforts for the Study Abroad & Exchange Office at California State University, Chico.
As the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator, I created a wide range of print and digital materials that adhered to the Study Abroad & Exchange brand identity. My work included promotional flyers, T-shirt designs, stickers, postcards, informational flat-lays, and social media content.

Problem
The Study Abroad & Exchange Office at California State University, Chico needed cohesive, branded visual marketing materials to promote its programs effectively across both print and digital platforms. Promotional efforts include highlighting study abroad & away programs in over 35 different countries, special events, important deadlines, workshops and informational sessions, seasonal opportunities, and more.
Solution
I led the design and development of over 40 marketing assets that could be applied across various events and initiatives. Every piece was either personally designed or overseen by me, with additional support from a team of student interns. Each element was thoughtfully crafted to align with the Study Abroad & Exchange brand identity while maintaining a timeless, modern aesthetic. When appropriate, materials also incorporated current design trends to ensure they remained fresh, relevant, and engaging to the student audience.
